Hotel Great. Breakfast Not worth it.

The hotel aroma - Wonderful. The pool. The veiw of the river. The lighting throughout the hotel.

Breakfast. 1st. Morning ordered fried egg sunny side up, took a long time to arrive and when it did it was cold. 2nd morning ordered their - on menu - eggs florentine. Sauce warm EGG COLD. VERY expensive breakfast even with discount for advance booking. Not worth it. Only being allowed to use the pool once a day even on a weekday when the hotel is not very busy.

Was a beautiful hotel, but needed a taxi to get around

Fabulous views. Great food. Great pool and sauna

Hard to get public transport. Closest station is Mapo which required two transfers to get to Myeongdong

Great 5* experience, with well appointed rooms and an amazing view on the river.

Great view on the river from our room and even more spectacular view from the restaurant on Level 22. Stylishly decorated rooms, with great beds and a very great bathroom. Our daughter loved the round bath tub. They also provided a kid's bath robe and slippers. I requested for a late checkout, since we had an evening flight, which they happily provided free of charge. Staff is very friendly and helpful, great 5* service.

It was a bit of a shame that the pool was under maintenance when we wanted to go for a swim. Also the fact that it wasn't clear what time the coffee shop at Ground Level was opening. I was waiting for 10 minutes, when someone from the staff said to me that they didn't open until 10:00. I think that was pretty late for a coffee shop to open. I was only after a coffee and a croissant, so didn't want to go to the breakfast buffet. but understand that from a commercial perspective they didn't want to open the coffee shop while the restaurant would be serving breakfast.

Hidden treasure hotel in Seoul

Excellent view and amazing breakfast... I will visit again this hotel as my favorite hotel for my next trip in Seoul. I love outdoor swimming pool and its view! felt like I'm in cloud:)

Great stay overall

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us call a local restaurant to get a reservation. The room was spacious, clean and new. Nespresso machine and capsule included in the amenities.

The drain started to smell slightly on the second day. It feels like the city may have a sewage issue in general because the sewage odour was quite common even on the streets.

Very poor

Not sure I've ever left a bad review for a hotel, but this wasn't the best end to our honeymoon and feel others should be warned. It turns out the hotel is next to an active and NOISY building site, affecting half of the building. Something we weren't told about before arrival or when booking. We asked to switch to the other side of the hotel, but were told there was only 1 free room on that side of the hotel (contrary to what it said on booking.com which showed plenty of free rooms with that view). We said cool, please move us. They showed us the room, and said to upgrade would be 2x the cost. Felt like extortion to avoid being woken up by drilling/banging every morning. It's a 5-star building, but the lack of empathy/ customer service makes this a 1-star hotel sadly. Want a coffee before 10am? They tell you to go to Starbucks (even though facilities open for breakfast). Went to the pool, only to be told after getting in that it was time for cleaning and to get out (they have someone at the check in who could have just made this clear up front). I could go on, but the point is the service is simply below par. A stunning building with a great view and location, just a shame there is no attempt at quality customer experience.
